Questions we get asked

How do I get started?

Mock up your merch in the builder or send us a brief. A designer reviews it and comes back with recommendations and a visual mockup. For anything you want to discuss first, just send an enquiry.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimums depend on the product and decoration method. Tell us your numbers and we will suggest the options that work, including short-run methods for small teams.

Can you design my logo or artwork?

Yes. We can create a brand identity from scratch, redraw an existing logo so it prints cleanly, or design artwork for one campaign or event.

What file should I upload to the builder?

A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is ideal for production. For the builder, a PNG with a transparent background works well, and our designers prepare the final print files.

Can I see a sample before a big order?

Yes. Tick “Send me a sample pack” on the quote form and we will arrange product samples or a pre-production proof.

Do you deliver to multiple locations?

Yes. We can split an order across offices, venues or event sites, and pack items individually for staff or client gifting.
